Bobbi’s Crockpot Country Fried Chicken

                                                 Bobbi’s Crockpot Country Fried Chicken

Eight Chicken Thighs (skinned, washed, then salt and pepper to taste)

Rolled in Whole Wheat Flour

Browned in Regular Olive Oil on both sides

Put in crockpot

Add I can of diced tomatoes and 1 can of corn

Add two cans of water by filling tomato can

Add pasta any that you like---since I live in the county I had to improvise

by using the pasta from and cheese and mac box.

I used 1 cup of pasta.

Now--- all is in the Crockpot turn it on high and cook 3 hours---then check the chicken for doneness.

Tip: I always have a kettle of hot water on the stove---when I need to add water to anything I cook in the crockpot---I use the hot water. That way it does not slow down the cooking process

I have a small crockpot so if your family is larger and your crockpot is also---then add ingredients accordingly.
